Property Value

A String that contains the description of the Measure.

Remarks

The Description property contains descriptive text that is assigned to the measure. This descriptive text is typically used for display purposes.

The value of this property is identical to the value of the DESCRIPTION column of the MEASURES schema rowset for the specified measure.

Thread Safety

Any public static (Shared in Microsoft Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
