How to: Change the Scale of a Chart (Report Builder)
By default, the minimum value for each axis is 0 and the maximum value for each axis is the highest value returned in the data.
To change the scale
In Report Builder design mode, right-click anywhere on the chart.
Click Chart Options.
Select the X axis or Y axis tab.
In the Minimum text box, enter the lowest value for the scale.
In the Maximum text box, enter the highest value for the scale.
Click OK.
