	ValidationCallHandler(String, ValidatorFactory, Int32)	Creates a ValidationCallHandler that uses the given ruleset and ValidatorFactory to get the validation rules.

	Finalize	Allows an Object to attempt to free resources and perform other cleanup operations before the Object is reclaimed by garbage collection. (Inherited from Object.)
	GetHashCode	Serves as a hash function for a particular type. (Inherited from Object.)
	GetType	Gets the Type of the current instance. (Inherited from Object.)
	Invoke	Runs the call handler. This does validation on the parameters, and if validation passes it calls the handler. It throws ArgumentValidationException if validation fails.
	MemberwiseClone	Creates a shallow copy of the current Object. (Inherited from Object.)
	ToString	Returns a String that represents the current Object. (Inherited from Object.)

	Order	Gets or sets the order in which the handler will be executed
	RuleSet	Gets the ruleset for this call handler.
	ValidatorFactory	Factory used to build validators.
