CreateComponentConfig Method
Create an instance of a configuration schema class, and load it into the site recordset.

Parameters
- bstrResourceName
Type: System..::.String
The new name for the resource configuration object instance.
- bstrConfigSchemaClass
Type: System..::.String
The name for the resource configuration schema class.
Remarks
This method creates an instance of the class specified in the bstrConfigSchemaClass parameter, and sets the Name property of the instance to the name specified in the bstrResourceName parameter. It loads the instance into the site recordset.
The Initialize method must be called before this method can be used.
This method calls the SaveConfig method.
