Populates a SerializationInfo with data needed to serialize the SiteTermInUseException.

A SerializationInfo that contains the serialized object data about the exception being thrown.

Remarks
GetObjectData sets a SerializationInfo with all the exception object data targeted for serialization. During deserialization, the exception is reconstituted from the SerializationInfo transmitted over the stream.
Sets the serialization information with the parameter name and additional exception information. Stores the properties of the exception into a SerializationInfo object.
