Remarks
This constructor is marked protected so it can be called from derived class's deserialization constructors. This constructor must be called from a derived class's deserialization constructor to ensure that deserialization succeeds.
Shipment represents a shipment associated with an OrderForm. Shipments belonging to an order form are uniquely identified by a shipment ID.
