Creates a new instance of the CatalogAuthorizationException class with the specified message, parameters and inner exception.

    The exception that is the cause of the current exception, or a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) if no inner exception is specified.

Remarks

The exception that is thrown when catalog system authorization fails.

All catalog exceptions, including the CatalogAuthorizationException are derived from the CatalogException class. When an authorization attempt fails, this exception is thrown.
