Gets or sets a value indicating whether the public code field of the PromoCodeDefinition is set.

true if the public code field of the PromoCodeDefinition is set; otherwise false.
Remarks
This property, in conjunction with UsageOption property determines if the PromoCodeUsageValidationException is thrown.
