Administration Database Configuration Page
Use the Administration Database Configuration page to select the type of authentication and credentials to use to access the administration database.
Note
If you select SQL Server Authentication, you must verify that the Login Name and Password you enter are valid. If you select Windows Authentication, you must make sure that your account, the user who is running the Configuration Wizard, has appropriate permissions to access the computer that is running SQL Server. In either case, the user should have administrative rights on the computer that is running SQL Server. In addition, if the Administration database does not already exist on the computer that is running SQL Server, the Wizard will try to create it. In this case, the user running the Configuration Wizard must have "create database" permissions on the computer that is running SQL Server.
