IRowCollection::get__NewEnum Property
The read-only _NewEnum property provides a mechanism for enumerating through the rows in a RowCollection object using the Microsoft Visual Basic "for each Row in Collection" syntax. Each row in the collection is a Fields collection object that can be used to access the individual fields in the row.

[C++][out,retval] When getting the property, an IUnknown interface pointer used to return a pointer to an IEnumVARIANT interface, which manages the iteration of the rows in the collection.

This method returns S_OK (0x00000000) to indicate success and standard COM HRESULT error values to indicate failure. For more information about standard COM errors, see Standard COM Errors. Additional information may be available using the global Err object, which can be accessed using the API function GetErrorInfo. In particular, the GetDescription method of the IErrorInfo interface may return a text description of the error.

This property sets the Number property of the global Err object to S_OK (&H00000000) to indicate success and to standard COM error values to indicate failure. For more information about standard COM errors, see Standard COM Errors. Additional information may be available using the global Err object. In particular, the Description property may contain a text description of the error.
Remarks
This property exists so that the "for each Row in Collection" syntax in Microsoft Visual Basic can be used to iterate through the rows in a RowCollection object. This property is not accessed directly.
