My Address Book Default Page
The My Address Book default page lets shoppers manage their addresses; a shopper can add, edit, or delete an address. This page displays the address list in a list view format and has the following functionality:
Displays an error/confirmation message (if applicable)
Displays instructional text (static)
Displays a list of addresses for the current shopper
Displays detail information for each address
Indicates if an address is the default shipping address
Indicates if an address is the default billing address
Lets shoppers add a new address
Lets shoppers edit an existing address
Lets shoppers delete an existing address

There are no custom user controls required for this page.
Web Parts
The Address Book Web Part is used on this page to display a shopper's addresses in a list view. The Address Book Web Part provides the following functionality:
Displays an error message (if applicable)
Displays list of credit cards for current shopper
Displays detail information for each address
Lets shoppers add a new address
Lets shoppers select a specific address for edit
Lets shoppers delete a specific address
