Stage Virtual Catalogs as Virtual Catalogs |
Select to stage the virtual catalogs. A virtual catalog is a catalog that references the product data in one or more base catalogs. Products are represented only in a single instance in the database, regardless of how many virtual catalogs they appear in. |
Materialize Virtual Catalogs |
Select to materialize the virtual catalogs that will be updated. When you materialize a virtual catalog, the virtual catalog data is stored in tables. This improves the run-time performance of the virtual catalog. It has the performance of a base catalog for all search and browse operations. |
Stage Dependent Catalogs |
Select to stage base catalogs. Base catalogs are referenced to build virtual catalogs. |
Properties to Stage |
Select to individually select or clear a catalog property to stage. |
SelectAll |
Click to select all properties in the list. |
DeselectAll |
Click to clear the selection of all properties in the list. |
Languages to Stage |
Select the language in which you want to export the catalog data, or you can export the catalog data in all languages. |
Full |
Select to stage the whole catalog. |
Incremental |
Select to perform an incremental stage of changed catalog data. |
Expressional |
Select to customize the parts of the catalog that you want to stage. When you select it, you must click Export Expressions to define the catalog export expressions. |
Transactional |
Select to enable data reversion for the selected catalogs if errors occur. If an error occurs during the staging of the catalog data, the transaction will be aborted and the catalog data will be reverted to the initial state automatically. |
Stage Schema |
Select to stage the catalog schema. |
Export Expressions |
Select to build an expression that defines the parts of the catalog that you want to export. This opens the Catalog Export Staging Expressions dialog box. |
