Advanced Web Log Import Properties, Excludes Tab

Use the Advanced Web Log Import Properties dialog box, Excludes Files tab, to prevent Commerce Server from importing the following data into the Data Warehouse:

  • Hits from certain hosts

  • Requests for specific file types or expressions

  • Hits by crawlers

Use this

To do this

Filter excludes by

Select an exclude type from the drop-down list to display only that type of exclude. Exclude types can be the following:

  • Hosts

  • File types

  • File expressions

  • Crawlers

Include default crawler list for the exclude criteria

Select to include the default crawler list in the exclude criteria.

Exclude Type

Click to sort the list of exclusions by exclude type.

Exclude

Click to sort the list of exclusions by the criteria for the exclude type.

Application

Click to sort the list of exclusions by application.

Add

Click to open the Excludes dialog box to add a new exclude.

Remove

Click to remove the selected exclude.

Properties

Click to open the Excludes dialog box in which you can view the properties of the selected exclude.
