<Global Resource> Node

The Profiles Schema Manager is part of the Commerce Server Manager user interface. All nodes that are displayed under a global Profiles resource are a Profiles Schema Manager [Shared] snap-in. For more information, see Profiles Schema Manager UI Help. For more information about nodes displayed under a global Data Warehouse resource, see Data Warehouse UI Help.
Use a <Global Resource> node, such as a CS Authentication or Direct Mail global resource, to view or modify the properties defined for the specific global resource.
Double-click a <Global Resource> node to expand and collapse it.
Click a <Global Resource> node to display the properties defined for the resource in the right pane.
Right-click a <Global Resource> node to access the following options:

Display a list of sites that use the selected global resource. |
View |
Access Microsoft Management Console (MMC) view options. For more information, click Help Topics on the Help menu of the main window and access the Hide or display features of a saved MMC console topic. |
New Window from Here |
Open a new window with the selected global resource and its child objects in a new MMC window. |
Delete |
Delete the selected global resource. |
Refresh |
Update the content of all MMC console windows. |
Export List |
Save the list of child objects defined under the <Global Resource> node to a text file. |
Properties |
Display the properties of the selected global resource in a dialog box. |
