Returns a value indicating whether the specified line item has the same product catalog, product ID, and product variant ID properties as the current line item instance.

Remarks
Indicates whether the LineItem is equivalent to the specified obj line item. If obj is nullNothingnullptra null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic), false is returned.
