SetChildDirty Method (DateTime)
Called by child class instances when a change occurs to child data members that are mapped to SQL storage.

Parameters
- modificationTime
Type: System..::.DateTime
The DateTime generated by the child describing the modification time.
Remarks
Where applicable, forwards the dirty notification upward to a parent class using parent.SetChildDirty().
