Gets a value indicating whether UpmMembershipProvider keeps track of the date the user was last modified.

true to indicate that the provider keeps track of the date the user was last modified; otherwise, false.
Remarks
Returns a value indicating whether or not UpmMembershipProvider keeps track of the date the user was last modified. Returns true to indicate that the provider keeps track of the date the user was last modified. Returns false to indicate that the provider does not keep track of the date the user was last modified.
