true to indicate that the provider supports storing an e-mail address; otherwise, false.
Remarks
Returns a value indicating whether or not UpmMembershipProvider supports storing an e-mail address for the user. Returns true to indicate that the provider supports storing an e-mail address. Returns false to indicate that the provider does not support storing an e-mail address.
