General Configuration

This section describes how to set the general configuration for a service. General configuration addresses only the configuration setting for the use of defaults. The Use defaults configuration for a service enables you to specify that the service will use the default configuration settings that are defined in the IIS hierarchy as opposed to the service’s own named behavior. Using default configuration settings sets the service’s behaviorConfiguration to “”. For more information about default configuration settings, see Configuration Process in AppFabric.
