What can AI assistant do in the Membership workspace?

Partner Center AI assistant is currently only available in preview, available to partners using the English version of Partner Center. Review this article to start using AI assistant and provide feedback on the experience.

In the Membership workspace, Partner Center AI assistant (preview) helps partners get quick answers to their questions, minimizing support wait times. Currently, AI assistant is enabled to help with:

  • General queries on how-to or what
  • Contextual queries on Solutions Partner designations

Sample prompts

Here are a few examples of the kinds of prompts you can use in the Membership workspace. Modify these prompts based on your scenarios, or try other prompts to get different kinds of information.

Note

Be precise with your ask and specify keywords (such as program, renewal, score, or skilling category) on in the prompt for AI assistant to be able to accurately provide results pertaining to membership programs.

General queries
