View.ShowMarkupAreaHighlight property (Word)
Returns or sets a Boolean that represents whether the markup area that shows revision and comment balloons is shaded. Read/write.

expression. ShowMarkupAreaHighlight
expression An expression that returns a View object.
Remarks
This property corresponds to the Markup Area Highlight option in the Show Markup menu on the Review ribbon.
