If you plan to use the TeamsAppInstallation.ReadWriteSelfForUser.All permission, the following are required:
The app manifest must have the webApplicationInfo property.
The app id given in the webApplicationInfo property and the app id used to generate the access token must match. Otherwise, the API returns an empty result.
