Gets or sets a value that controls whether the service publishes its health information at the address specified by the HttpGetUrl attribute.

The HttpGetEnabled property corresponds to the value of the HttpGetEnabled attribute of a <serviceHealth> element. If the attribute is not defined in a configuration file, its default value is true. The property defines the value of the ServiceHealthBehavior.HttpGetEnabled property.
