Definition

Compares two instances of OracleDateTime to determine if the first is less than or equal to the second.

Returns

An OracleBoolean that is True if the first instance is less than or equal to the second instance, otherwise False. If either instance of OracleDateTime is null, the Value of the OracleBoolean is Null.

The equivalent method for this operator is OracleDateTime.LessThanOrEqual(OracleDateTime, OracleDateTime)
