Definition

Compares two OracleBinary structures to determine if they are equal.

OracleBinary

An OracleBinary object.

y
OracleBinary

An OracleBinary object.

Returns

An OracleBoolean that is True if the two instances are not equal or False if the two instances are equal. If either instance of OracleBinary is null, the Value of the OracleBoolean will be Null.

Remarks

The equivalent method for this operator is OracleBinary.NotEquals(OracleBinary, OracleBinary)
