Converts a ModelPropertyEntry to a ModelItem that owns the property.

The value that is produced by the binding target.

targetType

Type

The type to convert to.

parameter

Object

The converter parameter to use. You can pass a Boolean value in. By default, this converter will always return the parent model item that is of type Activity. If false is passed to this method, the converter will simply return the first parent model item, which might not be a model item that points to a Activity.

culture

CultureInfo

The culture to use in the converter.
