Gets the stage in the execution pipeline that a synchronous plug-in is registered for.

Valid values are 10 (pre-validation), 20 (pre-operation), 40 (post-operation), and 50 (post-operation, deprecated).
Remarks
A stage identifies when a registered synchronous plug-in is to execute during the processing of a message request. Plug-ins can be further ordered within a stage using the SdkMessageProcessingStep.Rank attribute.
An enumeration named SdkMessageProcessingStepStage that defines the supported range of values for this property is available by including the file SampleCode\CS\HelperCode\OptionSets.cs or SampleCode\VB\HelperCode\OptionSets.vb in your project.
