Is called when the user starts to drag a form control.

Parameters
- _x
- Int32
An integer value that indicates the y-coordinate of the mouse pointer. The coordinate is relative to the upper-left corner of the control.
- _y
- Int32
An integer value that indicates the y-coordinate of the mouse pointer. The coordinate is relative to the upper-left corner of the control.
Returns
0 (zero) if the event has been handled.
Remarks
This event is not raised unless the DragDrop property is enabled for the control. To drag a control, a user presses the mouse button in the control area and then moves the mouse pointer.
The following example displays the x-coordinates and y-coordinates in the Infolog when the user starts to drag the form control.
