Preserve365 (Preview)
Preserve365 connector enables users to automate archiving assets present in Microsoft365. Users are required to have an existing Preserve365 subscription with the automation feature enabled.

Preserve365 connector enables existing Preserve365 customers to automate archiving assets present in Microsoft365.

- Preserve365 Enterprise Application installed in Azure account
Supported Operations
The connector supports the following operations:
Copy to Preservica archive (V1): This operation will copy selected records from SharePoint and into your Preservica archive.Move to Preservica archive (V1): This operation will move selected records from SharePoint and into your Preservica archive.
Getting Started
Creating a connection to your connector
Since the connector uses OAuth as authentication type, signing into to the connector is straightforward:
Check user to be used to connect has the correct Preserve365 archiving permissions Copy and/or Move, in the Preserve365 enterprise application.
Click Sign In button when first connecting to connector in powerautomate flow and log in as a valid user according to step 1.
