Viewing and Downloading the Original Messages

To view a fault message in greater detail, use the Fault Viewer pages of the ESB Management Portal.

To view the properties and status of a fault message

  1. Locate the fault message on the Portal Faults Page of the ESB Management Portal.

  2. Click anywhere in the row to open the ESB Fault Message Viewer in Fault Details View.

  3. Scroll to the list of messages at the bottom of the page, and then click the message identifier of the chosen fault message to open it in Message Details View.

To view and download individual messages from a fault message

  1. Locate the fault message on the Portal Faults Page of the ESB Management Portal.

  2. Click anywhere in the row to open the ESB Fault Message Viewer in Fault Details View view.

  3. Scroll to the list of messages at the bottom of the page.

  4. Click the message identifier of the chosen fault message to open it in Message Details View view or click Download to download the message body.

  5. To download the message from the Message Details view, click the Download link under the message content text box.
