    Matt, if you scan down the page you will see a field somewhere with a "*Required" label above, indicating that you need to specify something.

    I did check this out and order the DVD for myself before posting this blog - you never can be too careful - and had a couple of these, but got through it fairly easily.

    Nup - no 'required' label at all - just red stars next to all the fields, which had data in them.
    Just went and tried it again - just takes me back to the same page with that useful error message at the top. It does manage to deselect the other toolkits though.
