In conjunction with the release of the latest version of Windows 10 developer tools preview at //Build yesterday, we are happy to announce the availability of Windows 10 hardware development kits. Sign up to be a Windows Insider to get the latest Windows flight and then download the WDK, ADK, and HLK

With this release, the HLK can be used to submit drivers to the Windows Hardware Compatibility Program. Download the Compatibility Program Playlist to determine which HLK tests are required to certify your system or device for the program. Read more details on this blog.
