WNY DNUG Meeting Announcement

We had a great turn out for our first meeting of 2006 and I'm hopeful the trend will continue. There are some action items that I'll address in a future e-mail. Until then, I wanted to get the meeting announcement out to the group.

Topic: "My experiences ASP.NET or How I wrestled ASP.NET into submission"

(ok, I took some liberty with the title, but here's the description from Vince himself)

At our next meeting I will be giving a presentation about my experiences with a large ASP.NET project at Datatel, Inc. This three year project involved over ten software developers using a customized version of the XP programming methodology. During my presentation I will discuss test driven development, regression testing and general design issues and best practices. I will also introduce some of the shareware development tools that helped us successfully complete our project. I hope that the tools and techniques presented will help anyone attending with any future or current .NET development projects.

I hope this presentation will be valuable for both software developers and managers of large and small .NET projects.
