Notice: North America MCP Helpdesk

Hey, certified professionals in US and Canada. You might have heard that parts of the middle east and asia are shut down by an "Internet blackout." Per one article, "the biggest impact to the rest of the world could come from the outages across India — where many U.S. companies outsource back-office operations including customer service call centers."

Yes, like ours. If you are in North America, please know that e-mail responses to your helpdesk requests will be delayed. If you need help right away, please try calling instead of e-mailing. And, thank you in advance for your patience as this gets sorted. Our teams are working really hard to make this as business-as-usual for you as possible.

If you require immediate service, please call us at 1-800-636-7544 if you are in the United States and/or Canada. If you are outside of the United States and/or Canada, please contact your local Microsoft Certified Professional service center: https://www.microsoft.com/learning/support/worldsites.asp

What is up with Microsoft profile not liking middle names. I keep having the helpdesk change my name to my full name and something keeps changing my middle name to just an initial.

Great Article. Thanks for the info. Does anyone know where I can find a blank "2007 CA Notice of Client's Right - State Bar" to fill out?
