We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of Test data here...

We are actively investigating issues with Visual Studio Team Services where customers may receive script errors while loading their accounts.  Users may also not see the menu bar loading up on their Project homepage. This is some new line text 

We are working to resolve this issue and apologize for any inconvenience.
