Last year we had 8 companies in the 23 from BizSpark Australia including the winner of Last Weeks BizSpark Asia Pacific  Entrepreneurs Summit, Go Catch. There is $100,000 in cash prizes up for grabs thanks to the NSW Government which will be awarded at the Tech23 event, taking place on Tuesday 23 October 2012.

Tech23 is THE competition for young, innovative Australian start-ups. 23 exceptional technology companies are given FIVE minutes to show off their business to an audience of over 400 potential investors, mentors, entrepreneurs, and customers. Panels of expert industry leaders will then probe and offer advice to make your company shine.

A further 23 early stage start-ups will win a space to exhibit on InnovationIsland – prime real estate to showcase their ideas and discuss their innovative solutions. If your company is young with lots of potential – you should be on InnovationIsland!
