Bizspark Kinect Start-Up Weekend at the Queensland Microsoft Innovation Centre

PrintOn June 15th- 17th 2012 we are holding a Kinect Bizspark Start-up Camp as our kick-off activity following the successful launch of our Queensland Microsoft Innovation Centre. We are looking for aspiring entrepreneurs and developers to come and be a part this exciting opportunity. We are after either established teams with an innovative idea for a kinect application to work on over the weekend, or individuals we can match with ideas and teams for the weekend.

The Bizspark Kinect Start-Up Camp will allow you to learn about Kinect and the foundation concepts through comprehensive presentations, hands-on labs, and supported development time. The first day will cover training in depth thanks to John Obrien and Bronwen Zande from Soul Solutions and the second two days will be an opportunity for you to work in teams to build your own projects with the support of business & technical experts. The event culminates in a pitch to a panel of judges & investors who will decide on the overall winner.

Watch this space as our agenda and prizes for the weekend to be announced shortly!
