Ein Blogbeitrag von Lukas Pollmann: Christmas Coding Challenge by TUM MSPs and Computer Science Meetup
From January the 20th until February the 15th 2017 the Microsoft Student Partners at the Technical University of Munich and the organizers of the TUM Computer Science Meetup organized a Christmas Coding Challenge for Students at the TUM. Microsoft sponsored the prices of this great competition. The participants had to develop concepts and prototypes of Solutions to enhance the study life of students. They had to include our Azure Platform in their solutions. On top of that, each team handed their project in for our Imagine Cup.

The competition was completely organized by the MSPs and the TUM CSC Meetup team. They came up with the Challenges concept, theme and prices. Also the jury and judging was done by this team. We helped to spread the challenge in the students community and organized the prices for it. It was also mentioned at the TUM CSC Meetup meetings and at the TUM. In the end they had over 15 submission, of which 10 fulfilled the criteria of the challenge. As the MSPs told us, it was not easy to decide for a winner team, but in the end, three teams from TUM won at the challenge.
