Web Services, Web services or web services?

I'm using the word 'Web Services' in the middle of a sentence... I've found the capitalization seems to vary by person, industry, topic and/or vendor. Which is the correct sentence?

Who cares. Use as you want and find something more important to think about. :)

Web Services when overhyped in marketing collateral and media?

web services the rest of the time?

Grammar is important to me, even though I'm not very good at it.

I did some research on this about 6 months ago as I have to produce and edit a lot of internal articles.

The primary use that I have seen and adopted is Web services and I am sticking with that (exception is if you are using this is a title where everything else is capitalized)

Microsoft's writing guidelines (produced by the MS brand protection agency ;-) - i.e. marketing) recommends "Web services". That's why you should never see any other way of writing it in our public communications/content.
