"Practical Silverlight" is an all-day, instructor-led, in-depth look into the application of Silverlight.  A Microsoft partner, SoftSource, is offering the course for $100, which is not a bad deal and worth a look.   Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the benefits of Silverlight and receive a jumpstart on moving toward Silverlight development.
