Opalis Integration Server is now supported on Microsoft Windows 64-bit Operating Systems
Just a heads up on a new Opalis development regarding amd64 support. Opalis Integration Server 6.3 is officially supported on Windows 2008 64-bit versions. Previous Opalis versions are not supported on any 64-bit edition of Microsoft Windows, and although they may successfully function under a 64-bit environment, this has not been thoroughly tested and may result in unexpected errors and/or poor application performance.
Note that Using x64 hardware does not necessarily require that a 64-bit Operating System be installed. Because the x64 architecture is an extension of the x86 architecture, all x86-based Operating Systems will install and run natively as a 32-bit Operating System and as such is considered a supported state.
For more information about the hardware and software requirements for Opalis Integration Server 6.3, please go to the Opalis System Requirements at https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg440750.aspx.
