Send a smile or a frown

Also, to follow on from my last post about feedback, there’s also a tool available for anyone called the “Send a Smile” feedback tool – this provides an easy route to have your say to the Office product team over any elements of the software that you particularly like or dislike. It’s not really for bug reporting (errors in the software) although you can use it for that – it’s more for any design features or ‘experiences’ that you have an opinion on – like “I love the new blue colour scheme” or "why do the calendars not line up when you open more than one?".Once you install the tool you get these smile and frown icons on your tool tray:

  

Clicking either icon will pop up an interface for you to describe the issue, and optionally send a screenshot.
