December 2010 Office Security Update Release

On Tuesday, December 13th, 2010, Microsoft
Office released 3 security bulletins. The security updates apply to:

Microsoft Office Publisher 2002, 2003, 2007, and 2010 as described in MS10-103. 

Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 as described in MS10-104.

Microsoft Office XP, 2003, 2007, and 2010 as described in security bulletin MS10-105.

We also released non-security updates; this includes the Outlook 2003, 2007, 2010 32-bit / 64-bit Junk Email Filter.

    The Office 2007 update caused my Outlook to become practically unusable. Outlook took 7 seconds to switch from one click to the next and 'didn't respond' each time as well. After a system restore, Outlook is back to normal. What gives?

    tried to delete office 2010 it wont delete. any segestions ??????
