Acronym of the day... "KFU"
KFU. Knowledge-Free User. \Knowl"edge Free Us"er\, n. 1. One who uses, but does not know. [usage] When a request for information of the obvious sort comes in, the person asking the question is a Knowledge-Free User.

Users want to be productive, not knowledgeable.
A little knowledge is a dangerous thing.
A User who knows "a little" can no longer provide solid answers to simple questions, they are trying to frame the answer in the context of an implementation they cannot comprehend.
KFU, sounds a lot like K, F-U ;)
