New Zealand based Hoster EMS-Cortex (EMS) delivers Virtual Servers in minutes with Multitenant Management Console using Hyper-V and System Centre
EMS-Cortex (EMS) wanted to extend its successful Cortex Cloud Control Panel management software to enable hosting providers to configure and manage virtual-server offerings and enable end customers to manage workloads running on those virtual machines. EMS worked with Microsoft to link Cortex to Microsoft System Centre data centre solutions. This enables hosters to offer their customers virtual machines running on Windows Server 2008 R2 with Hyper-V technology from complex multitenant environments. By linking Cortex to System Centre solutions, EMS has enabled its hosting-provider customers to deliver dynamic virtual-server offerings in minutes instead of weeks, avoid expensive software development efforts, and sell more online services. By partnering with Microsoft, EMS was able to get to market quickly with a competitive Hyper-V–compatible offering.
