Gartner has just released their latest iteration of the Magic Quadrant for SFA Magic Quadrant July 2010

Sales Force Automation and Microsoft Dynamics CRM is solidly in the leaders quadrant.  Add this to the recent strong leadership showing in Forrester’s Wave study of CRM Suites and you can see the momentum growing in anticipation of the release of CRM 2011.

It’s a great time to be a Microsoft Dynamics CRM customer and partner!

There are quite a few good books on Dynamics CRM as well as online resources and communities.  The first place to start, though, is within the application itself.  There are a wealth of resources in the Help files within the menu.  Navigate to the Help menu item (this differs a bit depending on whether you are using CRM Online or On Premise)   Within the Help screens you will see an Administrators Guide item that should give you most, if not all, of the information you are looking for.
