Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 Beta 설치중 0x800f0818 발생
SP1 Beta를 설치하는 도중 0x800f0818이 발생했다는 블로그 입니다. System Update Readiness Tool을 사용하여 로그를 확인한 후 Servicing이 사용하년 Winsxs 폴더가 corrupt 된것을 확인하고 다른 장비에서 복사해온 후 해결되었다고 하는군요

위 KB 문서에 있는 것과같이 툴을 다운 받은 후 %SYSTEMROOT%\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log 에 로그를 생성합니다.
