OneNote test team showing some artistic skills
Yesterday our test team took a few hours off and went to a painting studio in Kirkland. We learned how to paint a Seattle scene of the waterfront, Space Needle and new ferris wheel. This morale event was quite a lot of fun and here’s the result of our work:
So we won’t take over any of the design work for OneNote any time soon :)
These team building events we do now and then are usually fun and this was no exception. I don’t think many of us had painted like this before. The instructor was good and allowed time for everyone to catch up to stay together with the directions.
Let me know what you think (as long as the comments are not too negative :))
Questions, comments, concerns and criticisms always welcome,
John

Great to hear team-building is practiced at some level at Microsoft. I just don't recommend the team-building exercise the Secret Service participated in down in Columbia last fall! :-) On a more serious note, my development/IS team has recently implemented Scrum. I was wondering if the OneNote team uses this practice and if so, how the test team is integrated.Anonymous
