    Why is the Service layer not on the same level as the Presentation Layer in the 'Layered Architecture with Multi-Client / Multi-Channel'- diagram? The current diagram wrongly suggests that the presentation layer could use the service layer. This should not be the case. The Service layer is to external services as the Presentation layer is to Users. If you want seperation between Presentation Layer and Business layer with services, you should model them in the Application Facade.
