Jaa

Bubbles

It's Tuesday morning... let's see if I can stay off the soft drinks for a week. Oh, and no coffee either.

This'll be interesting.

...and in the end sleep better, wake up better, have more energy, be nicer, add 10 years to your life, and 10,000% life to your years.

Good luck with your week! I broke the horrible addiction a number of years ago and now pretty well avoid caffeine, when I’m up til 3 am debugging something, I’m doing it because of personal motivation and desperation... not the artificial stuff.

This is funny, I didn't think anybody would be interested in this post. It'll be interesting to see what happens the next week or so.

I won't post more about this, since it kinda pollutes the front page of blogs.msdn.com, but if you're interested, keep an eye on the article http://blogs.msdn.com/jesperh/archive/2005/03/08/389677.aspx. I'll update that as I go along.

    Thanks for your support!

Headaches will be a common feature when u give up coffee/soda all of a sudden. Suggestion: Cut down on it slowly. Also, eat some fruits when you can.
